I’m Gareth the ridiculousness behind Hunsnet. Friends might call me a right sarky so and so but I like to call it my passion for observational wit. My obsession with Hun culture was born over 20 years ago when I achieved my childhood dream of becoming a Pontin’s Bluecoat. You’ll often find me telling people that these were the best years of my life which were set against a backdrop of Steps, Spice Girls, Big Brother & Pop Idol. Fast forward 20 years and through my experience of executing digital and live content for many famous brands I thought it was time to start my own. With that in mind, I built a community of likeminded individuals on Instagram by having light bulb moments in many a smoking area of local haunts (I don’t smoke btw) that a lot of people had the same sense of humour as I do. It was then I decided I was going to make a space where we can all celebrate this type of humour and Hunsnet was born.
